Income Tax Filing Deadlines

Filing Tax Return before the deadline is a fundamenta to get compliance with the tax law. To facilitate our customers, the filing deadlines are list as follows:

For Partnerships, T5013 - Statement of Partnership Income is due:

March 31st after the calendar year in which the fiscal period of the partnership ended if throughout the fiscal period all partners are individuals or trusts

5 Months after the end of partnership's fiscal period if throughout the fiscal period all partners are corporations

In all other cases, the earlier of March 31st or the day 5 months after the end of partnership's fiscal period.
